Lust for Gold, at its core, is about outdoor adventure and the thrill of the hunt. The Lust For Gold Treasure Hunt brings that excitement to participants across America for an event full of creativity and exploration, and the chance to win $400 in backpacking gear. And just like in the movie, technology meets the hunt for treasure—but without the unforgiving terrain. All participants need is a cell phone and a sense of adventure—no purchase necessary.

3. Enter the Event Code (provided before the hunt)
How it Works
The hunt will be hosted on the Eventzee app (available on both the Apple Store and Google Play). To register, fill out our pre-registration form, which contains further instructions. The hunt will open at 12 AM on April 1st, at which time the list of tasks will become available in the app. You will have until 12 PM on June 30th to solve various in-app clues and challenges (QR code, photo, video, quizzes, and more!) to score points.
You can start and end the hunt at any time between 12 AM April 1st and 12 PM June 30th. We will stop accepting challenge submissions when the event closes at 12 PM on June 30th.
